Members of the BCBP Butuan City joined their brothers and sisters in Surigao City for a joint Breakfast Meeting on July 19, 2008 at the Gateway Hotel.It was the first time that members of the Butuan City Chapter joined their brothers and sisters in Surigao City with the presence of the BCBP National President, Mr. Bobby Lavina.
The life sharer of the Saturday's Breakfast meeting were Mr. and Mrs. was from the Cagayan de Oro City Chapter.
Following the Breakfast meeting, a joint meeting was held to consult the CLP schedules and updates on the progress of the Butuan City Chapter and its Surigao Outreach. It was learned that the Surigao Outreach was recommended to premanently become a Chapter.
Mr. Robert M. Lavina, also known as "Bobby" and the National President of the BCBP, graced the occasion and spoke briefly to the community after the Breakfast Meeting.

Following the Breakfast meeting, the brothers and sisters of Butuan City Chapter spent some quality time with all members who were present in Lipata and enjoyed the sumptouos and yet inexpensive food served over lunch in . I have some problems though recalling the name of the resort where we went and its generous owner who was there also and at the same time a member of the BCBP.
The team left Surigao City with all our stomach filled at 2PM in the afternoon.
